All vendors are requested to donate an item for the raffle. Please provide a brief description of your donated item below. All proceeds from the raffle will support the Sunburst Farms Scholarship Fund.

Agreement to Provide Own Equipment *

I understand that participants are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, pop-up tent, solar-powered lights, and any other necessary items. Type 'YES' if you understand.
