The Sunburst Farms Community Cooperative was established in 1982 as a non-profit homeowners association. The HOA was created to strengthen community connectedness and leverage resources to improve our neighborhood.
Today the now CO-OP proudly serves more than 100 families and works to preserve the unique rural qualities of Sunburst Farms.
Every year the CO-OP hosts events, award scholarships to neighborhood students, and complete beautification projects to encourage community connectedness the original HOA founders worked to build.
